What makes the pancakes at Café Kaila so delicious is their commitment to eggs. We use eggs from chickens raised in near-wild conditions using natural feed and famous water. The difference in taste is therefore obvious. The eggs we are particular about give the pancakes a rich and light flavor. The pancake mix used at Café Kaila is also a direct recipe from the owner, Ms. Kaila. The batter is allowed to rest overnight to reach its optimum state and enhance its deliciousness.
